No, you do not need to be home. Most clients provide us with a door code, key, or garage entry so our cleaners can access the home. You're welcome to be home if you prefer, but it’s completely optional.

To help us focus on cleaning instead of tidying, we ask that clients:

• Pick up toys, laundry, dishes, or personal items
• Clear counters as much as possible
• Secure pets if needed (we are pet-friendly!)
• Provide instructions for any sensitive areas or special requests

This ensures your cleaning time is used efficiently and you get the best results.

We bring all cleaning products and supplies. We prefer to use your vacuum because it’s more hygienic and prevents cross-contamination between homes. If you don't have one, no worries our cleaners always carry a vacuum as a backup.

Absolutely! Since we operate using solo cleaners, we do our best to assign the same cleaner to your home consistently.

However, because of PTO, illness, or scheduling conflicts, we cannot guarantee the same technician 100% of the time. If a change is needed, you will still receive the same checklist, the same process, and the same quality We're known for.

We accept:

• Credit/debit cards (saved securely through our system)
• ACH payments
• Digital invoices

We do not accept cash or checks for service payment.

Pricing depends on:

• The size of your home
• The type of service (recurring, deep clean, move-in/move-out)
• Level of buildup
• Frequency of visits

We offer free, accurate estimates so we can tailor pricing to your home’s needs. Most clients fall within predictable ranges, but every home is different, and we want to price fairly based on what your home requires.
